I have successfully completed this course over a two year period. As a Funeral Director I am convinced this qualification will further my capabilities within my current role.Quite a testing course which involved lots of stop/start research and reams of paper note taking! Pleased to have finally completed it.Very good.

Very interesting and informative course giving a real insight in to the Bereavement Journey. I work within the Funeral Industry and the content of this course has given me a better understanding of how different the grieving process can be for each individual. The only negative is there was an opportunity to purchase a printed copy of the certificate which can be sent out to you rather than just a down loaded version, however I am unable to actually get through to anyone who is able to help me on this.
