All text, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, videos, music and artwork, i.e. content, including copyright, displayed anywhere on the site is the intellectual property of Elearncollege Limited, and we hereby reserve all rights to its use. Users consent to restrict the use of any content taken from this website, including downloadable purchased content, strictly for personal use. Reproduction, uploading, posting, translating, distribution, encoding, transmission or public display in any way of any element of content to any other website, computer, server or other medium for commercial use is forbidden. You may not redistribute or broadcast any element of content or seek commercial gain from anything contained on this site without the express written permission of Elearncollege Limited.
Unauthorised use of any material from this site may lead to a claim for damages and/or be treated as a criminal offence (in accordance with, and punishable by English law).

2.Online Courses
All courses are available online, and there are no additional costs involved in completing the course. Courses must be paid for in full before the course can be started. All online courses, material, tasks and certificates are accessed through the Elearncollege student dash board. Course must be activated within 12 months of registration on our website. Each course is valid for 3 years from the date of course activation. Courses must be completed 100% (all pages saved), and a minimum score of 80% per Module is required in order to successfully complete the course and obtain a certificate. If a Module is failed, students can re-take the Mcq until such time as a 80% score is achieved. Upon successful course completion, Elearncollege will issue a certificate in PDF format to be used as proof of completion for employment and school.
4.Materials
Students may elect to purchase supplemental materials and resources to enhance their studies and experience. These include, and are not limited to:
- Hard Copy Certificates issued directly by Elearncollege
- PDF and/or Hard Copy of Letters and Result Transcript related to the course taken
- Toolkits
- Course extensions
- Subscriptions to course material
These additional products are not obligatory, and are not a mandatory requirement for completing a course.
Due to their instantaneous nature, the following purchases are non-refundable: Proof of Completion Letter, Proof of Enrolment Letter, Results Transcript, Registration Package Upgrades.
Extensions are applied automatically to students account immediately on completion of the registration page. Elearncollege diploma is issued on successful completion of the course, and after they have been requested by the student.
5.Lifetime Access
Lifetime access is defined as access for courses as long as Elearncollege Limited operates. Customers will not be charged additional fees for access to courses that were available on the website.
6.Student Responsibility
By purchasing Elearncollege limited products and agreeing to Elearncollege limited terms of services, students agree to conduct themselves in accordance with all Elearncollege limited terms, codes of conduct, and ethical practices. These include, and are not limited to, abiding by laws relating to privacy, intellectual property, security, and fraud, as well as respecting codes of conduct prohibiting harassment and discrimination. If a student is found to be in violation of any of these terms, codes, or laws, Elearncollege limited has the right to immediately terminate their account and suspend access to courses, subscription, products, and services. Depending on the nature of the violation, Elearncollege limited may pursue legal action where criminal offenses or grave misconduct has occurred.
By becoming customers and students of Elearncollege limited , individuals agree:
- To uphold the laws of the jurisdiction where Elearncollege limited operates (English law), and where Elearncollege limited services are used (the student’s regional laws)
- Not to discriminate, harass, intimidate, or abuse any students or staff members.
- Not to engage in discriminatory behavior related to a person’s age, sex, gender, race, orientation, religion, size, ethnicity, or cultural practices. The Elearncollege limited community is global and diverse. We promote inclusion of all individuals, and we strive to make Elearncollege limited a safe and comfortable place for all to learn, share, and grow.
- Not to post or share any content that is obscene, defamatory, profane, pornographic, offensive, or inflammatory on any Elearncollege limited property, including social media pages and emails.
- Not to post copyrighted content that is not owned by the student, and that the student does not have permission to post, on any Elearncollege limited property (including social media pages and emails)
- Not to create multiple accounts for the purpose of contest entries, to inflate voting, or with the intent to spam.
- Not to advertise products, services, or pages on any Elearncollege limited property, or solicit Elearncollege limited students with intent to sell services or products, unless consent is requested and approval granted by Elearncollege limited staff.
- To provide complete and accurate account and payment information when purchasing any Elearncollege limited products or services, including courses, subscriptions, supplementary materials, etc. By submitting payment details, the student confirms they have permission to use those details for this purpose. If Elearncollege limited does not receive payment authorization, or if authorization is cancelled by the payment provider, we have the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to courses, subscriptions, or products. In suspicious circumstances, we may contact the issuing bank/payment provider and/or law enforcement authorities or other appropriate third parties.
- There will be no tutor support for the discounted courses. Course materials have a satisfactory level of quality; however, we do not affirm that they will be error free. You are responsible for inspecting the course materials and if you are not satisfied the with quality , you have a 7 days cancellation period from the date of purchase.
7.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Upon becoming an Elearncollege limited student and purchasing any Elearncollege limited products, students agree to submit to jurisdiction of English law, and understand that any disputes will be resolved in accordance with England’s legal system and in an English court (should litigation occur).
8.Communication
Upon registration with Elearncollege limited, students agree to receive occasional emails from our marketing team. These include, but are not limited to, notifications of sales and promotions, coupons and offers, notifications of new courses, products, and features, notices of contests and giveaways, results of contests and giveaways, etc. Students have the option to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and this information and corresponding directions are made clearly visible on all email communication. Once a student elects to unsubscribe, they will no longer receive marketing emails unless they re-subscribe (following a short period for our system to process the request and update the student’s preferences). Students may still receive important communication from the Elearncollege limited customer support team.
In addition, students agree to receive communication from our customer support team relevant to their account use and overall student experience. These include, but are not limited to, important updates related to user security, technical glitches, and system functions, responses to student inquiries, reminders of expirations related to courses, subscriptions, or other products, notices of holiday hours, and occasional checks to ensure the student is satisfied (can be in the form of an email or survey). Customer support is available via email or phone calls, and preferred method of contact is to the student’s discretion.
All Elearncollege student communication is conducted in accordance with English law, as well as the student’s legal jurisdiction and laws of that region. Elearncollege does not engage in frivolous emails, phone calls, or solicitation of any kind, nor do we engage in spam. All communication sent by us is done with the intent to improve the user experience, relay important information, and keep students abreast of our new developments.
Safeguarding student privacy and the security of personal information is important to us. Our server is fully secure at all times, and we take all available measures to ensure that confidential information entrusted to us remains private and intact. We will never sell personal information, or any information that can be linked to a student, to any third-party marketers or solicitors. 13.Waiver And Severability
Elearncollege.com’s failure to enforce the strict performance of any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of its rights to subsequently enforce such provision or any provision of the Terms.

17.Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the course, service, or product you have purchased from Elearncollege.com, you are eligible for a full refund within 3 days of your purchase provided that you have not started the Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) section of the course. Once the MCQ section has been accessed, the refund offer becomes invalid.
18.Transferring Course
We retain the sole discretion concerning whether a course may be transferred from you to a third party. Any such request must be made to us in writing at our registered address. We will treat all justifiable requests as compassionately as possible.We retain the sole discretion concerning whether you may transfer to another course offered by us. To request a course transfer you must send a Email to the Elearncollege cancellations and Conversions Department at info@elearncollege.com. We will treat all justifiable requests as compassionately as possible.If we agree to the course transfer, the total fees paid towards the discontinued course will be offset against the cost of the new course. However, we will require that if the new course fee is greater than that of the discontinued course, the balance should be paid in full along with a standard £40 transfer fee.
19.Other Terms
If at our discretion we afford you any relaxation of these terms, this shall in no way affect our rights under these terms and conditions. This Agreement shall be interpreted in all respects in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for the determination of any question or dispute arising in connection with this Agreement. If the whole, or any part, of any clause(s) of this Agreement is or becomes invalid for any reason, that invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other provision.

Upon successful completion of all module assessments, which consist of multiple-choice questions, each student will be awarded an Elearncollege In-House Diploma. This diploma certifies that the student has successfully completed the course and has understood the material presented within it.
23.Certificate Issuance
A digital PDF certificate will be issued at no additional cost upon completion of the course. Please note that this certificate solely represents completion of the course and is not intended to serve as a professional accreditation or a license to practice in any specific field.
24.Limitation of Certification
The course certificate does not guarantee professional qualification or the ability to practice in the related field. It does not provide any form of registration or licensure in any professional body or jurisdiction.
